no beautiful post for this week

i want to make a deep apologize for my dear babes, really sorry for putting you who followed me to the gym today..
actually we planned to train with our friends, Vulcanz.. unfortunately, we late to the gym, which is part of my mistake...
tips: journey of KTM to subang jaya, need 2 hours and more!!
however, we still managed to reach BB gym, check around the facilities and equipment. Oppsss!! i forgot to check toilet! oh no... sorry, ladies~~

reach kepong sentral KTM 2mr by 4:25pm. v will come bak Kepong by 8:15pm.
dun late! KTM pergi balik= rm6.00 + bus fee= rm 2.40 + gym fee= rm60
